A small town named Taradell near the historic city of Vic we find Josep Pratdesaba, the last remaining «Escloper» in Catalonia. «Esclops» are a traditional footwear in Spain and Catalonia worn for centuries, more specifically by farm families working outdoors. Though nowadays they are not used anymore, Josep continues the tradition in the most authentic way and shows me every step to create this very special shoe.
